The hotel manager, Leon, was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for local restaurants. Despite being located in the city center, my room was surprisingly quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The spacious and comfortable room had all the basic amenities I needed, including a well-functioning air conditioning system. The free WiFi was also a plus, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. Additionally, the breakfast provided, although average, was still satisfying and a good start to the day. this hotel provided excellent value for money and its attention to detail was impressive.

Loved staying in this hotel during our romantic escape. The breakfast was a bit disappointing because there was no buffet, but the staff was really polite and friendly. We loved how the manager offered us coffee and tea during check-in, and the upgrade was a great surprise. The room was huge with two king size beds, and the shower had multiple heads which was amazing. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, close to dining options, and the free wifi was a plus.

The breakfast was decent and the free Wi-Fi worked fine. the man at the front desk was very helpful and gave us a map of the area, which we appreciated. the location was also convenient, with several restaurants and shops nearby.

The room was smaller than expected and the air conditioning did not work properly. the bathroom was not very clean, with mold in the shower and an unpleasant odor.

Some rooms come with facilities such as free bikes to explore the city.

We had the best stay in this hotel! We were given a quiet room at the back of the hotel, and the comfortable beds provided a good night's sleep. The hotel facilities were well-appointed, and we even got to use the bicycles for free. The staff was friendly and accommodating, offering us tea or coffee upon check-in and speaking fluent English. The breakfast was varied with a mix of western and Taiwanese dishes, and we enjoyed the delicious food. The location was perfect, being situated on the main street and close to many attractions such as Blue Dragon Chicken restaurant and the Railway Art Village.

The spacious room with two comfortable queen beds was a definite highlight, especially considering how rare it is to find queen beds in hotels in Taiwan. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, despite some language barriers. Lastly, the breakfast provided a great selection of both Chinese and Western options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. All in all, this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money, attention to detail, and basic amenities.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Taitung. the location was absolutely perfect. It was conveniently situated near all the major attractions, night markets, and coastal parks, making it incredibly easy to explore the city on foot. Secondly, the rooms were incredibly spacious and cozy, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment to unwind after a long day of exploring. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were incredibly attentive and helpful. They went above and beyond to provide me with maps and information about the best local eateries and attractions. Lastly, the breakfast provided at the hotel was varied and delicious, with a great mix of both Western and Taiwanese dishes to choose from. my experience at this hotel was truly enjoyable and I will certainly be returning in the future.

All in all, there was nothing that I didn't like about my stay.
